This launch falls in line with Hilton’s efforts to expand its portfolio of luxury and lifestyle brands in the APAC region. In a recent press release, Hilton proudly announced that it now boasts over 160 operational hotels across its luxury and lifestyle categories in APAC.

The group has big growth plans for the future, with many new properties already in the pipeline. These include Waldorf Astoria hotels in Bali and Shanghai, with the former set to become the brand’s first property in Indonesia when it welcomes guests in 2027. Other anticipated openings in the next 12 months include NoMad Singapore and Canopy by Hilton Makati in the Philippines, both scheduled to debut in 2026.

In addition to these, Hilton has several more properties lined up for future openings, including seven Waldorf Astoria properties in Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, Sydney, Xi’an, Tokyo, Delhi, and Bali. The group also has plans to expand its Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand to Jaipur, Kuala Lumpur, Nagoya, Bangkok, and China.

According to Alan Watts, President of APAC for Hilton, the region continues to be a promising market for the group’s luxury and lifestyle brands. Hilton is confident of achieving tremendous growth in its luxury and lifestyle properties in the APAC region in the coming years. The group aims to increase its portfolio in these categories by at least 50%, paving the way for over 250 hotels in APAC.
