A group of 15 freehold ground-floor strata units in the popular mixed-use development, East Village, located along Upper Changi Road, is now on the market with a price guide of $71.8 million. This exclusive offering, marketed by CBRE, includes 11 F&B-approved units, one clinic, and three adjoining units currently used as a gym, and can be purchased together or separately.

CBRE expects significant interest in these properties from high-net-worth individuals due to the “palatable quantum and scarcity of freehold commercial units in well-located areas,” says Giam. He also notes that there has been a strong demand for commercial properties due to the decrease in borrowing costs that began at the start of 2025.
