Hilton and YTL Hotels have announced a partnership, through their subsidiary arm of Malaysia’s YTL Corp Bhd, to bring two of their luxury hotel brands to Thailand and Japan. The Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village will become part of LXR Hotels & Resorts, while Green Leaf Niseko Village will join the Tapestry Collection by Hilton and Hinode Hills Niseko Village will become a Curio Collection by Hilton property.

These properties, all located at the foot of Mount Annupuri within Niseko Village Ski Resort, are expected to open towards the end of the year. The eight-villa Kasara Niseko Village Townhouse will be converted into The Kasara Niseko Village, while the 200-room hotel of the same name will be transformed into The Green Leaf Niseko Village.

In addition to these conversions, the upcoming 275-room Rawai Phuket will be situated on the southernmost tip of Phuket Island and offer a private beachfront and access to nearby islands. This new addition will strengthen Hilton’s presence in Thailand’s luxury market, appealing to affluent travellers visiting Phuket.

With the addition of Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village, LXR Hotels & Resorts will now have nearly 20 properties in its trading and pipeline portfolio. These hotels embody LXR’s focus on adventure, offering guests a personalized and luxurious experience.

The Green Leaf Niseko Village will become part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, which boasts a collection of over 170 hotels worldwide that showcase a blend of local cuisine and vibrant design. Meanwhile, Hinode Hills Niseko Village will join the Curio Collection by Hilton, a portfolio of 180 properties globally featuring upscale architecture that highlights each property’s unique story.
