Singapore’s Worldwide Hotels (WWH) and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts have recently announced their partnership with a franchise agreement for a new hotel in Novena. The agreement will see WWH’s 362-unit Value Hotel Thomson, located at 592 Balestier Road, transformed into the Days Inn by Wyndham Singapore Novena.
Renovations for the rebranded property will commence in the 2nd quarter of 2026 and are expected to be completed by August next year. The hotel will boast a host of new amenities, including a swimming pool, pool deck, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, as well as an all-day dining restaurant.

The addition of this property expands Wyndham’s already existing portfolio in Singapore, which includes the 591-room Wyndham Singapore Hotel and the 300-key Hotel Traveltine Downtown Singapore, operating under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham. In line with the company’s growing presence in the region, KINN Hospitality has also recently unveiled plans for HER Space, a women-only capsule hotel.
