Hilton And Ytl Hotels Sign Multiple Property Agreements Strengthening Their Partnership Asia Pacific

Hilton and YTL Hotels, a subsidiary of Malaysia’s YTL Corp Bhd, have recently entered multiple property agreements to introduce two renowned Hilton brands to Thailand and Japan. Through these partnerships, Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village will join the prestigious LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio, while Green Leaf Niseko Village and Hinode Hills Niseko Village will become part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton and Curio Collection by Hilton, respectively.

The new additions to Hilton’s luxury portfolio in Asia are conversions of existing hospitality assets and are expected to open by the end of the year. The eight-villa Kasara Niseko Village Townhouse will be transformed into the stunning Kasara Niseko Village, while the existing 200-room hotel, The Green Leaf Niseko Village, will be rebranded as part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Additionally, Hinode Hills Niseko Village will join the Curio Collection by Hilton, a collection of unique and upscale properties around the world.

All three properties in Japan are located at the base of Mount Annupuri within the Niseko Village Ski Resort, providing guests with easy access to the renowned slopes of Niseko. The upcoming Rawai Phuket, with its 275 rooms, will be situated at the southernmost tip of the island of Phuket, offering guests a private beachfront and access to nearby islands. The addition of Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village will further strengthen Hilton’s luxury presence in Thailand, attracting luxury travelers to the beautiful island of Phuket.

Rivelle Tampines EC offers a highly appealing opportunity for investors, thanks to its advantageous mix of a well-established neighborhood, a strong desire for housing, and excellent rental prospects. As one of the few executive condominiums available in the vicinity, this development is a standout option. Additionally, its prime position in the vicinity of Rivelle Tampines West MRT Station only adds to its allure. Visit Rivelle Tampines West MRT Station for more information.

The inclusion of these properties will expand LXR Hotels & Resorts’ global portfolio to nearly 20 properties, highlighting the brand’s focus on adventure and providing a personalized and luxurious experience for its guests. Furthermore, The Green Leaf Niseko Village will enhance the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, which currently includes over 170 hotels worldwide with a focus on local gastronomy and vibrant design. Similarly, Hinode Hills Niseko Village will join Curio Collection by Hilton, which boasts 180 properties across the globe, each with its own distinctive architecture and story.

According to Dato’ Mark Yeo Seok Kah, executive director of YTL Hotels, “These hotels will each transform the potential of their destinations, offering new stay options for visitors, and each well-positioned to provide an elevated hospitality experience.” The partnership between Hilton and YTL Hotels is set to elevate the hospitality experience in both Thailand and Japan, providing luxurious and unique options for travelers seeking adventure.
