Luxury hotel brand Aman has revealed that it will be expanding its reach to Singapore, with its first location in the city to be housed in The Skywaters. Developed by a consortium led by Perennial Holdings, the 305m integrated mixed-use development, set to be Singapore’s tallest skyscraper, is designed by award-winning architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
Comprising of an ultra-luxury hotel, branded residences, and a global members’ club, Aman Singapore will be located in the 24th to 26th floors of The Skywaters. Meanwhile, the Aman-branded residences will be situated on the 28th and 30th floors. This upscale project is scheduled to be completed in 2028, and will be situated right below the 190-unit Skywaters Residences. The residences will offer breathtaking views of the city skyline and will feature units ranging from one- to five-bedrooms.
The iconic development will also house an Aman Spa, occupying an entire floor and boasting an infinity-edged pool. Guests and residents can also indulge in a variety of signature dining experiences offered by the brand.

Pua Seck Guan, executive chairman and CEO of Perennial Holdings, also shared his enthusiasm, saying that the partnership with Aman will elevate The Skywaters to new heights, creating an extraordinary sanctuary that redefines urban luxury living.
With a history dating back to 1988, Aman Group now boasts 36 resorts and hotels across over 20 destinations, including popular cities like Bangkok, Tokyo, and New York. The Singapore project is just one of many in their pipeline, with upcoming properties in Miami Beach, Beverly Hills, Riyadh, Dubai, and the Maldives.
