As of Aug 26, five units at The Pearl @ Mount Faber have been transacted this year. Most recently, a three-bedroom unit measuring 1,356 sq ft was sold for $2.02 million ($1,489 psf) on Aug 11. Other notable transactions include a 1,163 sq ft two-bedroom unit that changed hands for $1.9 million ($1,630 psf) on July 28, and a 1,087 sq ft two-bedroom unit that was sold for $1.73 million ($1,589 psf) on June 16.
