In an impressive feat, Apex Asia Management Group managed to sell a whopping 11 out of 34 apartments, and five of the eight ground-floor shop units at the freehold mixed-use development Artisan 8, within just 2.5 hours of sales starting at 5pm today (Aug 21). The apartments were launched at attractive prices starting from $2,100 per square foot (psf), while the retail units were priced from $3,400 psf.

Located on the site of the former Sin Ming Centre, the two-bedroom showflat at Artisan 8’s sales gallery is already garnering attention, with many buyers drawn to the affordable pricing. According to Mark Yip, the CEO of Huttons Asia, “Artisan 8 offered buyers a price that is very hard to resist – from $2,100 psf.” In fact, the project may possibly be the last freehold project launch in the Rest of Central Region (RCR) until 2025.
