sideSingapore: After spending 12 years as executive director of capital markets at JLL, Tan Hong Boon is now launching his own boutique real estate advisory firm, AlpsEdge Real Estate. He co-founded the new firm with fellow former JLL senior director, Carin Puah, and together they bring a wealth of experience in investment sales, collective sales and development/redevelopment advisory services.
