Knight Frank has recently announced the appointment of Vivian Liao as the new head of global portfolio solutions for Asia Pacific (Apac). Liao will lead the global portfolio solutions service across the region, focusing on providing value-driven solutions that improve portfolio performance and help corporate clients achieve their long-term real estate goals.

Liao brings with her a wealth of experience, having previously worked at CBRE as the director of transaction management and account lead for Apac and Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She joined CBRE at the end of 2022, and her appointment at Knight Frank is seen as a valuable addition to the team. Prior to CBRE, Liao had been with JLL for over 12 years.
