Ioi Properties Kicks Public Launch W Residences Marina View 100 Units 3230 Psf
IOI Properties Group, a prominent property company listed in Malaysia, is set to open the public launch of its newest residential offering, the W Residences Marina View. On October 25, the first phase of 100 units will be released for sale. The development, which consists of 683 units, is located on levels 16 to 20 and comprises mainly of one- to three-bedroom units, with prices starting from $3,230 per square foot (psf). The remaining 15 units belong to the Signature Collection and feature larger four- and five-bedroom units.
The public launch comes after the successful private VVIP preview phase in July, which saw the sale of two units. On July 12, a 1,195 square foot three-bedroom unit was sold for $3.985 million ($3,335 psf), while on July 17, a premium two-bedroom unit measuring 850 square feet was sold for $2.85 million ($3,352 psf).

Upon its completion in the first quarter of 2029, residents will also have access to Shenton Way MRT via an underground connected walkway.
The 360-key W Singapore – Marina View hotel will occupy the first 14 floors, while the branded residences will begin from the 16th floor. The unit mix includes one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 538 to 1,249 square feet, as well as four- to five-bedroom units of 2,250 to 2,809 square feet. There are also three penthouses, consisting of two duplex units of 5,350 square feet and one simplex unit measuring 5,199 square feet.
