Edgeprop Excellence Awards Celebrates Cdl Feo Jtc And Uol Designing Purpose And Heart

The EdgeProp Excellence Awards (EPEA) was once again a star-studded event, honouring the top performers in Singapore’s real estate industry. At the 9th edition of the awards, City Developments Limited, Far East Organization, and UOL Group were crowned Top Developers, while City Developments Limited and JTC Corporation were named Top Sustainable Developers in the residential and non-residential categories. This year also marked the debut of JTC Corporation as the first government agency participant, recognized for their integrated Punggol Digital District.

Fifty-three projects were acknowledged for their exceptional design, quality, and impact on how Singaporeans live, work, and connect. A new award, “Excellence in Landmark Conservation,” was introduced to honor heritage conservation, with The Golden Mile by Perennial Holdings and Far East Organization taking home the inaugural award. Leading the pack with the most awards were Nava Grove and PARKTOWN Residence.

On October 16, 2025, the EPEA event lit up Shangri-La Singapore, with over 260 guests in attendance, including C-suite executives and senior management from Singapore’s top real estate firms. This makes it the biggest EdgeProp event to date, showcasing developers’ confidence in the platform and its commitment to giving home seekers an edge in property.

“Beyond celebrating the top developments, this award is really about the people – the ideas, the execution, and the message embedded in each project, creating spaces and communities that truly improve lives in Singapore,” said Bernard Tong, CEO of EdgeProp Singapore.

Life can be hectic and demanding, and it becomes much easier when all the important places are conveniently located close by. That is exactly what residents at Rivelle Tampines EC can expect. With primary schools within a short distance, parents can easily drop off their younger children before heading to work via the PIE or TPE expressways. And with Tampines Regional Centre just a stone’s throw away, they can still make it back in time for a quick pick-up before taking their little ones to enrichment classes. Even older teens can enjoy the convenience of living at Rivelle Tampines, as they can take the Downtown Line to Temasek Polytechnic or transfer to the East West Line at Tampines MRT Interchange. This independence not only builds confidence, but also hones time management skills – an essential trait for young adults. With everything within reach, daily life at Rivelle Tampines EC flows seamlessly.

The theme for this year’s awards, “From Spaces to Places,” highlighted the growing demand for purposeful, value-driven developments in a city where space is at a premium. More than just functional, these projects aim to foster a sense of community, connection, and belonging. Among the completed projects that exemplify this vision are the Punggol Digital District by JTC Corporation, One Holland Village by Sekisui House, Sino Group, and Far East Organization, and Coliwoo Fire Station, a co-living development by LHN Facilities Management, which have transformed design into vibrant, community-focused spaces.

“We’re very honored to have JTC join us for the very first time, marking the first participation by a government agency. JTC’s involvement reflects how far the sector has come, and how the government continues to play an active role as a developer shaping spaces that serve both business and community,” said Tong.

This year, the EdgeProp Excellence Awards also introduced a new category to celebrate developers who preserve Singapore’s iconic landmarks. The “Excellence in Landmark Conservation” award was given to The Golden Mile by Perennial Holdings and Far East Organization for their dedication to safeguarding heritage for generations to come.

City Developments Limited and JTC Corporation emerged as Top Sustainable Developers, recognized for their dedication to environmentally responsible and future-ready projects. Meanwhile, the Top Developer award was presented to City Developments Limited, Far East Organization, and UOL Group Limited, who also led in the number of winning developments, acknowledging their exceptional contributions to shaping Singapore’s built environment.

Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited, was awarded the Personality of the Year. This accolade is reserved for an individual whose influence and contributions have left an indelible mark on the world of real estate development.
